This article explains how funds are released to you after your campaign reaches its funding goal. It covers the three-stage escrow system, the release schedule, and the conditions you must meet to receive each portion of funds.

Stage 1 — 30% Released

Using the example above:

Stage 2 — 60% Verification Release

This release is labeled "60% - Verification Release" in your dashboard.

To receive the 60% release, you must:

  1. Submit delivery proof on or before your chosen delivery date (using the Delivery Submission Form).
  2. Wait for backer verification (20-day verification period).
  3. Achieve ≥80% confirmation rate from sampled backers.

Platform fee is deducted first A platform fee applies to all campaigns. Your fee rate depends on your account tier and is deducted before the 30/60/10 split. See your Account Settings for your current rate.
You cannot withdraw funds outside the release schedule Funds can only be accessed through the three-stage release process.
Submit by your chosen delivery date Submit delivery proof on or before your chosen delivery date. The verification period begins after your submission.
Verification period is 20 days Backers have 20 days to respond to verification requests.
60% requires ≥80% backer verification If fewer than 80% of sampled backers confirm delivery, manual review is triggered.
Verification emails are sent automatically Within 24 hours of your delivery submission, the system automatically sends verification emails to a sample of backers. No action is required from you for this step.
Auto-reminder capability Reminder emails are automatically sent to non-responding backers on Day 3, 6, and 7.
Verification dashboard You can monitor verification progress in real-time on your Verification Dashboard. The dashboard updates automatically.
Dispute window is 30 days The dispute window lasts 30 days after the 60% release. The final 10% is held until the dispute window closes and all disputes are resolved.
Late delivery submission Late submissions may be accepted at the platform's discretion. Late submission may affect your verification timeline and fund release schedule.
Funds do not auto-transfer to your bank When funds are released, they become available for withdrawal. Funds are NOT automatically deposited to your bank account.
You must manually withdraw funds To receive funds, you must click "Withdraw" in your dashboard to initiate a transfer to your connected payment account.
Connected payment account required You must have a connected payment account to withdraw funds.
Audit trail An audit trail is maintained for all transactions in accordance with our data retention policy.
